Well, my obsession with new and "out of the box" finishes for my tags hasn't lost its appeal. I used a very cute napkin from Designaholic Studio as my background and inspiration for this tag. This particular tag is a Designaholic Studio's watercolour paper tag as the Mod Podge I use tends to make lighter weight tags bend and stay bent after they've dried. Once I had the napkin on the tag, I was used a small circle punch and glitter paper to make this adorable circles (if you don't have a punch, then trace and cut - not a hug job when you only need one or two). I also used small glitter dots (I used a one hole punch) and gemstone stickers which are COMING SOON to Desighnaholic Studio. I also covered the tag with iridescent glitter glue by painting it on. As we are a very new company, our glitter glue will be available shortly and thank you in advance for your patience.
I made this tag for my daughters birthday gift. Since she loves cupcakes, lollipops and glitter I'm pretty sure that she is going to love this whimsical tag. If you are interested in seeing my complete process, please let me know and I will be happy to create a blog post or perhaps a video tutorial just for that - leave me a note in the comments or email us at designaholicstudio@outlook.com.
Well once again, I am off to my next challenge, whishing you a fun crafting day and leaving you with my mantra, "try it, you'll love it"
