Gorgeous, vibrantly coloured foil will add glitz and glamour to all your decoupage, collage, mixed media or cardmaking projects. It can be used by spreading our foiling glue over a stencil , lifting the stencil, allowing the glue to dry a little, placing a piece of foil (coloured side up) on top of the tacky and burnishing with your finger.
