Return Policy

Our #1 priority at Designaholic Studio is customer satisfaction.

We gladly accept returns and provide a full refund (including return shipping costs) under the following circumstances:

* a product is defective

* a product was sent by Designaholic Studio in error

At Designaholic Studio's discretion, we will accept returns and provide a refund (excluding return shipping costs) under the following circumstances:

* a customer ordered a product in error

* a product was not what the customer expected

*Shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the customer in the above mentioned circumstances.  You are responsible for return postage as well as the risk of damage or loss.  Please consider taking postal insurance that will cover the cost of the items in the event that the postal service damages or loses your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE:

*If you intend to return an item, Designaholic Studio must be notified within 14 business days from the day you received your order.  To do this, please email us at designaholicstudio@outlook.com.  Please include your ORDER# in the email so we may being the process as soon as possible.  You will receive a refund within 30 business days from the time we receive the return.

*Refunds for items will only be issued once the return has been received.  Returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

*Designaholic Studio reserves the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
